· Consultation on preparing your home for sale

Gold Package - $699 at time of listing plus 1.5% of sales price and Buyer’s Agent commission at closing

Receive discounted rates without discounted services. Get everything in the Silver Package plus:

· Three additional months (twelve total) of advertising in the Triangle MLS and Realtor.com

· Virtual tour

· Exterior fliers

· Professional evaluations to ensure buyers are well qualified

· Hold money in escrow account
